Shipping Policy
Sweet Art Epoxy ships to Portugal, Spain, and other European countries.
Carrier
All shipments are made via CTT – Correios de Portugal (Portuguese Post Office).
Tracking Code
All orders are sent with a tracking code, allowing the customer to follow the delivery status from dispatch to reception. Whenever available, the tracking code will be sent by email after the order has been shipped.
Shipping Costs
Portugal and Spain: fixed shipping cost of €5. Free shipping on orders equal to or greater than €50.
Rest of Europe: fixed shipping cost of €18. Free shipping on orders equal to or greater than €80.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout before order confirmation.
Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times: Portugal and Spain – 2 to 5 business days; Rest of Europe – 5 to 10 business days.
These times are estimates and may vary due to reasons beyond Sweet Art Epoxy's or the carrier's control.
